Custom 12 Week Training Cycles


I recognize that there are many reasons one might not want comprehensive weekly coaching, or at least not at this time. Because of this, I offer one-time 12 week training cycles (although you could always choose to run the same cycle over again). These cycles differ from free or paid templates you'll find all over the internet because they are customized to you. I will take into account your goals, training history, weak points, strengths, and available equipment to build a training cycle for YOU.

What Is It?

  • Custom training cycle based on your goals, experience, and available equipment

  • Initial Video Consultation

  • Review of exercise technique to offer feedback and tailor the program to you


The Process

  1. You submit an interest form

  2. I'll send you a questionnaire and information about how to submit training footage for review

  3. We'll schedule and hold a consultation

  4. I'll draft and share a customized training plan tailored to you

  5. You execute the plan and make progress

  6. You'll have the option to renew for subsequent cycles at a discounted rate
